The Hills Church PHX-
A Church That Fasts and Prays
At the Hills Church PHX, we joyfully submit to the discipline and secret power of fasting and prayer in the life of the believer. God has given us the keys to supernatural breakthrough by way of fasting and prayer. To pray and to fast is to entrust the fate of our lives to God's hands as we surrender our natural strength and we take on the power of our well able God. Fasting and prayer gives us accelerated access to God and the authority to speak His word and expect return because of the surrender to the sacrifice. It is more than turning down your plate, or abstaining from natural things, it is the pursuit of God that is rewarded with God and His power.
We believe that what concedes to the Spirit of God in us, concedes because of the Spirit of the Breaker in us that arises and opens the way for what we were unable to conquer, all of this happens by fasting. Join us the first 3 days of each month and experience the miracles, signs, and wonders that only come by taking God at His word and training your flesh to submit to God.

There are all kinds of fasts. Please be prayerful about the type of fast you are led to by Holy Spirit to submit to. Remember that Holy Spirit is there to help, let Him.
